• Read and evaluate the vendor proposals.
• Form and ask questions of vendors on their proposals.
• Field ongoing vendor questions.
• Request and obtain best and final pricing and value added services.
• Assist with strategy for vendor change-over if applicable.

Line-by-Line Monthly Bill Audits

The pharmacy invoice is one of the most overwhelming aspects for the facility staff.

At RxAudit we take the nurses that already hold the clinical knowledge and train them in a system to look at each and every line of the invoice.

By having hands-on knowledge of how the pharmacy process works from the facility floor a nurse knows when they see a quantity or pricing error.

• Full invoice audit including house and private pay if applicable
• Each charge evaluated for accuracy and clinical appropriateness
• Any suspected discrepancies are disputed with a reason narrative with the pharmacy vendor on the client’s behalf
• Credit tracking on subsequent invoices
• Any credit denials will be escalated if an appropriate denial argument is not presented.
